Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By browsing this website or placing an order with Penticton Pizza, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. Ordering and availability
Our menu, item descriptions, and prices may change at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the store confirms your order once it is accepted. Some items may become unavailable, and we may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil.
3. Prices, taxes and fees
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and any service charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Payment
When you pay by card, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total shown. Card payments are handled by a secure third-party processor; we do not store your full card number.
5. Pickup, delivery and timing
Quoted pickup and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with demand, weather, and traffic. Delivery is available only within a store's serviced area.
6. Cancellations and refunds
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact the store as soon as possible. Once preparation has begun, an order may no longer be cancellable. Refunds are handled according to the store's policy and are returned to your original payment method.
7. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
8. Rewards and promotions
Loyalty rewards, vouchers, and promotions are subject to their own terms, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt it, or interfere with other customers' use of it.
10. Intellectual property
Content on this site — including the Penticton Pizza name, logo, menu, and images — is owned by Penticton Pizza or its providers and may not be reused without permission.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
12. Allergens and food information
Please tell the store about any allergies before ordering. While we take care, we cannot guarantee any item is free from a given allergen, as items are prepared in shared kitchens.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province in which the store you order from operates, and the applicable laws of Canada.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
